Golden flautas filled with a shrimp stew, avocado cream, lettuce salad, tomato, cucumber, pickled onion, Cotija cheese. Drizzled with shrimp broth.
White Mole (chicken or duck):
Seared breast, quelites salad, purslane and white onion, prickly pear purée. Served with tortillas.

Hibiscus and lime jelly, sprinkled with chili powder, jicama, mango purée and mint, Pulparindo sauce.

The Shedeh Sauvignon Blanc wine is excellent, and the second time we came, we were received with warm attention and great comfort. Upon arrival, you feel a calm and fresh atmosphere, with music but not loud enough to overshadow a conversation or socializing, in addition to feeling a cool breeze in the dining room at all times..... Will I return? Absolutely, it's a place you have to go if you're in the area.
